We are Rosemary and Frank Fogo from Australia and we have lived and worked in Turkey for over 20 years.

We love the country and we have found the Turkish people a beautiful race of people to live alongside.

In 1999 we almost accidentally sailed our yacht (a beautiful old classic 64ft cutter rigged yawl )into the little fishing harbour of Marmaris on the Aegean coast – and fell in love.!

So we decided to stay and charter our yacht around the adjacent Greek islands and the Turkish coast, taking people for sailing holidays.
Marmaris became our home port, and is now a large and flourishing tourist town at the head of a beautiful natural bay. When we eventually sold our yacht, we helped a Turkish friend start an International Yacht Brokerage in Marmaris, and travelled widely, so of course over the years we have made many very good Turkish friends, one of whom owns a Travel Agency called MATIANA TRAVEL Turkey. 

When friends and acquaintances want to visit and explore Turkey, it is easy for us to arrange their personal programs to various places of interest because by now we know this country very well, as well as the language and customs of the people.
